How To Control Aggression?
Hello Everyone!!
I hope you all are happy and safe at your homes!! So, today i will write about how to control a serious problem that is like common in anyone, and that is aggression. Aggression is something that breaks all the boundaries of a person, breaks relationships, bonds, and many more things. It is a spoken or a physical behaviour that involves harm to someone or something.
Aggression is something that is natural, may be it can arise through workload, tension, stress, family condition and anything. But some people ignore this kind of behaviour and they don`t take care too much about it. But its wrong, aggression must be controlled over time as it is really bad for you, your friends, your family, and your loved ones. It is very easy to control aggression, you just have to follow these simple ways to work on the same.
Here Are The Simple Ways to Control Aggression:
1. Always keep a Smile on your Face:
Smile is the best way to let go all the things, then why not aggression!! Always keep a little smile on your face because your smile will never let you to show your aggression at the same time. The power of aggression will becomes zero when you keep a happy face. Just try it from now, do practice to put a smile on your face. Hence, this practice will never allow your aggression to enter into you. Trust me, it will works!!
2. Start Reverse Counting:
This method is little funny but i always try this method when i stuck in any aggressive situation. Whenever you feel like that you are facing any anger or aggressive situation, Just try to calm your self immediately by counting backward like 100 to 1, 50 to 1 or from any number that you wanna start, but do it reversely. Also you don`t have to show anyone that you are counting backward, just do this in your mind. Trust me this method will kill your aggression and you will start feeling that aggression is nothing.
3. Never Change your Tone:
Tone is something that reflects your behaviour, it reflects what you are feeling and expressing. Always make your voice tone at a consistent level, that means it must be same and it should never be low and never be high. Just put your voice tone at balancing situation. Whenever you are talking with someone just talk in the same tone, this will helps you in controlling your aggression.
4. Meditation:
Meditation is a process where an individual uses some techniques to keep him/herself emotionally calm and stable. Meditation is a very good practice it calms your mind in every situation whether its a state of aggression, anxiety, workload, etc. So, do meditation practices like inhaling and exhaling in an open area where the natural air can easily touches your face.You can also do yoga practices and workuts to control aggression.
5. Pretend to have a Positive Mind:
I strongly believe that a positive mind set can deal with every kind of situation. Pretend everybody that you have a positive mindset and start thinking that you are very positive, and after sometimes you will forget that you are pretending and thinking. Practice this activity for minimum 5-6 days, and after this you are a positive human being who can control aggression at any time and anywhere.
So friends these were some simple methods to control anyone`s aggression. Practice these methods continuously and after this you will automatically feel that you gave a pleasant good bye to the aggression and you will really gonna think that it was nothing.

I can relate to this post so much. Over the years I had so much regression cause by an awful job that I encountered bullying from. This article made realize that it was very challenging to remedy or control it because I was continuous surrounded my individuals who caused it, so once I was removed from that environment, I have been becoming better.
